Einführung
Paradise Foods is building the first e-commerce platform of the seas, providing smarter food provisioning for sailors globally. We are looking for a dynamic Finance Operations Manager to join our team.
Aufgaben
- Work directly with the founding team
- Be the main point of contact and generalist for everything around Finance, Accounting & Controlling
- Analyse, optimise, and automate admin processes
- Prepare and send monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Handle communication with external tax advisors and accountants
- Support closing of financial statements
- Check invoices for accuracy
- Contribute to budget and controlling processes
- Control incoming customer payments
- Steer invoice approval and budget request processes
- Conduct analysis and provide performance insights
- Support founding team in investor reporting
Voraussetzungen
- Very self-reliant and independent
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup
- Open-minded and curious about legal and tax jurisdictions
- Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance role
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Solid or advanced analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
