Einführung
Cinema for Peace Foundation is looking for a film curator and programmer to join our team in Berlin.
Aufgaben
- Selection of films for the annual Cinema for Peace Awards.
- Curation of the Cinema for Peace film library.
- Planning monthly film screenings and securing screening rights through liaising with distributors.
- Taking care of the Cinema for Peace jury selections.
- Managing relations with production studios and distributors
Voraussetzungen
- Excellent written English.
- Background in film, strong knowledge of the festival circuit and production studios.
- Experience working with production studios.
- Experience film planning screenings.
- Visited Cannes film festival or Toronto Film festival or Venice film festival.
- Preferably based in Berlin
