Einführung
Join Tide as a Field Sales Team Lead and build a successful team of Field Sales agents while driving new business through face-to-face interactions across Germany.
Aufgaben
- Building a team of successful field sales agents nationally around Germany
- Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Managing temporary staff for field sales projects
- Travelling around Germany to monitor performance and provide coaching
- Creating a strategy for scaling Tide’s field sales function
- Planning weekly rotas for agents
- Managing the team budget and commission structure
- Meeting personal field sales targets
- Organizing events end-to-end
- Building strong relationships with the sales team
- Conducting monthly engagement surveys
Voraussetzungen
- Excellent written and spoken German language
- Experience managing field sales representatives
- Experience managing sales events and building large teams
- Strong IT skills with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and conscientious
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
- Experience in managing diverse teams in a hybrid working environment
