Einführung
Join Orbem, an impact-driven deep-tech startup from Munich, Germany, as an Expert Compliance Engineer and help us develop fast, accurate, and accessible imaging solutions.
Aufgaben
- Define and drive the technical compliance of products against international standards
- Understand technical and regulatory requirements and safety for product integration
- Ensure consistent documentation throughout the product portfolio
- Work closely with suppliers, engineers, and product managers for standard compliance
- Develop strategies and implementation plans for product compliance and quality control measures
- Perform risk assessments and manage technical issues related to product design
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, automation, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as a compliance engineer in industrial automation or similar industry
- Solid technical knowledge in automation systems and understanding of product design processes
- Solid knowledge of the European Machinery Directive and international standards (e.g., ISO-EN 60204-1, ISO-EN 13850, ISO EN 12100)
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Skilled in communicating complex ideas verbally and in writing
