Einführung
Join the Executive Board of forumZFD as a key member responsible for Finance & Operations, contributing to the financial strategy and management of the organization.
Aufgaben
- Responsible for Finance, IT, Facility Management, and Human Resources
- Prepare the budget plan and annual financial statements
- Develop financial strategy and financial monitoring
- Conceptual development of the Executive Board area
- Strategic development of the organisation
- Management of security concept for employees
- Management of Forum Ziviler Friedensdienst GmbH
- External representation to donors, tax consultants, auditors, and banks
Voraussetzungen
- Relevant (technical) university degree in business administration
- Extensive work experience in Finance, IT, and HR management
- Several years of management experience in an international context
- Expertise in shaping change processes
- Knowledge of financial management of civil society projects
- Experience in managing funding from public donors
- Identification with the goals of forumZFD
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience abroad or in a migration context
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel to tropical countries and crisis regions
- Willingness to work predominantly in Cologne
- Occasional evening and weekend work
