Event Planning Internship bei Clean Energy Wire

We are hiring an event planning intern to support the climate journalism network in Berlin for 40 hours/week from July to September 2024.

Providing external and internal communication and logistical support to the organisation of CLEW’s Training Week (1-9 September, 2024) and Journalism Conference (CLEWCON, 19-20 September, 2024)
Gaining experiences in communication at all levels – with the participants, the network members and speakers, the team, the hotels and the caterers (verbal and written, online and offline, planned and spontaneous)
Giving input to CLEW on how to improve events for international journalists and climate experts

Interest in event organisation and communications (experience a plus)
A high degree of motivation and the ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of English, good written and spoken German
Open to additional project ideas in the fields of climate journalism/communication & digitalisation
