Einführung
As our ESG Controller, you’ll take charge of delivering a fully integrated financial and ESG report by 2026, ensuring that Tibber stays ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance and sustainability.
Aufgaben
- Lead ESG Reporting: Develop and manage the ESG reporting process, aligning it with financial frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Drive Projects: Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, and Operations to create a solid organization for sustainability reporting and ensure internal control sustainability initiatives are executed effectively.
- Engage & Influence: Build relationships and advocate for ESG priorities across the company.
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in sustainability or financial reporting, and the ability to integrate the two.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organized & Data-Savvy: Strong ability to work with complex data while creating efficient systems and processes to streamline reporting.
- Higher education in economics, preferably at the master's level.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar role, audit, or other relevant experience.
- Experience with project execution and project management.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD).
