Aufgaben
- Further development, operational optimisation and operational support of the Data Master
- Design, extension and maintenance of C++ libraries, embedded C firmware and VHDL modules
- Expansion of verification and continuous integration tests
- Collaboration in the changeover from the previous single-board solution to distributed hardware
- Collaboration in the further development of the Data Master interfaces
- Documentation and quality assurance of in-house developments
- Support for users during commissioning and operation
- Support for commissioning and operation of the accelerator facility
- Contribution to interdisciplinary work
Voraussetzungen
- Excellent skills in C and C++ with STL
- Experience in development hard real-time systems
- Experience in development under and for Linux
- Experience with collaboration on larger software projects and version management of source code, preferably with Git
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
- Ability and willingness to familiarize yourself quickly and efficiently with new topics
