We are looking for an education expert (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Support the development of innovative didactic blended learning concepts
Support with conception and creation of target group-oriented content
In-house production of e-learning units with authoring tools (Moodle, Rise)
Creation of video, audio and image material as well as presentations
Organization of international training courses in various formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online etc.)
Support of the online learning platform

Successfully completed a university degree in educational studies with a focus on e-learning; cultural or environmental sciences with a focus on mediation; media sciences with a focus on education/didactics; or comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience
Sound methodological and didactic knowledge of the conception and practical experience in the creation of digitally supported learning content
Experience with authoring tools or learning management systems
Ideally, experience or knowledge in the field of agriculture or empathy with the world of farmers
Fluent in English; other languages (Spanish/Italian) are an advantage
Intercultural communication skills, creativity, and ability to contribute own ideas
Independent and results-oriented work style; team player
