Einführung
Climeworks is a pioneering company dedicated to removing CO2 from the air to fight global warming and protect future generations. They develop and operate direct air capture machines and have the world's largest DAC facility. They are looking for a Director of Sorbent Structures Industrialization to lead the scaling up of technology solutions for structured sorbents and ensure manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Aufgaben
- Scaling up and delivering technology solutions for structured sorbents
- Leading and developing a team of engineers, technicians, and scientists
- Overseeing transformation of prototypes into mass-manufactured products
- Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and R&D teams
- Defining and enforcing technical standards
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or similar
- 10+ years of industrial experience in product design or manufacturing processes for gas processing systems
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives
