Blacklane is looking for a results-driven Director of Product to lead our Guest product domain, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving innovation across our portfolio.
Aufgaben
- Lead the vision and execution of a guest-focused product strategy that elevates the user experience
- Build, mentor, and retain a talented team of product managers
- Develop a clear, actionable product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive seamless product development and launch
- Track key product metrics, use data insights to refine the strategy, and continuously improve product outcomes
Voraussetzungen
- 2+ years of experience leading product teams
- Experience working with consumer-facing products
- Ability to shape product strategy and translate vision into action
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to problem-solving
