Your mission

As a Data Scientist within our Market Intelligence and Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth by developing sophisticated data models, enhancing internal databases, and delivering actionable insights. Your analytical expertise will guide our decision-making processes and fuel our expansion in the rapidly evolving eMobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and refine advanced market forecasting models to predict industry trends and inform business strategies. Continuously enhance our internal databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, synthesize, and analyze data from a variety of sources, transforming raw data into meaningful insights that directly support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
• Dashboard Development: Define data requirements and create dynamic, visually compelling dashboards using MS PowerBI, ensuring that insights are easily accessible and actionable for key stakeholders.
• Machine Learning Integration: Innovate and elevate our analytics capabilities by incorporating machine learning algorithms into existing models to provide deeper insights and predictive analytics.
• Data Quality Management: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and comprehensiveness of data across all datasets. Implement best practices for data governance and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Business Development & Market Intelligence, providing regular updates on data-driven insights and recommendations.

Your profile

• Analytical Mindset: Strong passion for unraveling complex business questions through data-driven insights. Ability to translate analytical findings into strategic business actions.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data processing, analytics, and business insight generation. Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Dashboard & Visualization Skills: Hands-on experience with MS PowerBI for creating interactive dashboards that aid in executive decision-making.
• Machine Learning Proficiency: Familiarity with applying ML models to enhance data analytics, with practical experience being a significant advantage.
• Industry Affinity: Genuine interest in eMobility and a desire to contribute to the growth and innovation within the EV charging industry.
