Einführung
Join Aignostics as a Data Scientist (d/f/m) and work on interdisciplinary projects to advance machine learning for digital pathology in a dynamic startup environment.
Aufgaben
- Work on interdisciplinary projects connecting machine learning, software engineering and biomedical domain knowledge
- Apply and evaluate novel computer vision approaches for extracting insight from high-resolution biological images
- Transform proof-of-concept machine learning models into automated, tested and production-ready systems

Voraussetzungen
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science, Machine Learning or Bioinformatics
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and excel in a complex space
- Solid theoretical foundations and 1-2 years of experience developing novel machine learning techniques
- Advanced skills in Python, Linux, cloud computing and machine learning software stacks
- Experience with development of deep learning models for computer vision
- Passion for clean code and high standards for quality assurance
- Excellent communication and team working skills
