Einführung
Join Northwave as a Cyber Security Consultant and enjoy the flexibility of remote work while ensuring the security of our customers' networks and systems.
Aufgaben
- Monitor the quality of SOC services at the customer
- Ensure monitoring aligns with identified IT security risks and threats
- Represent Northwave at the customer and the customer within Northwave
- Support several customers and ensure SOC monitoring quality
- Provide monthly reports to customers and hold regular discussions to optimize services
- Involve in new sales opportunities and lead implementation and change projects within the SOC
Voraussetzungen
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT or IT management
- Additional qualifications in cyber security (CISSP, CISM) are ideal
- Relevant knowledge in IT management (e.g. project manager, service delivery manager)
- Good knowledge of IT security and IT infrastructures
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English
