Einführung
Join Northwave as a Cyber Resilience Consultant and help organizations enhance their resilience against cyber threats while working in a supportive and innovative team environment.
Aufgaben
- Increase the resilience of organizations against cyber attacks
- Implement resilience projects for German-speaking customers
- Support customers in optimizing incident response, crisis management, and business continuity
- Conduct team training and 1-to-1 executive coaching
- Develop organizational plans and conduct large-scale exercises
- Contribute to the further development of services and innovations
Voraussetzungen
- Relevant degree in psychology, sociology, criminology or similar
- Additional qualifications in coaching, business continuity or change management are ideal
- Extensive professional experience in crisis management, risk management, and/or business continuity
- Experience with organizational and/or team development
- Knowledge in the field of cyber security and a keen interest in it
- Extensive professional experience in project management
