    Who we are

    suena energy, is a green tech startup specializing on optimization and algorithmic power trading for Battery Storage Systems and Renewable Energies. The focus lies on maximizing returns and reducing risks on short-term electricity and balancing markets through our AI-based optimization and trading software - the energy trading autopilot.

    Purpose of the role

    As a member of our Customer Success team, you will be accompanying and supporting customers at all points of their customer journey. This involves guiding them from project evaluations and technical questions to commercial operation, while serving as their primary point of contact, ensuring seamless, value-driven experiences.

    By building strong relationships and streamlining processes, you will ensure our customers’ needs are met at every stage. You’ll work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey at all stages.

    What you will be doing:

    Orchestrate the customer journey

    • Guide customers through their entire journey, from initial evaluation to commercial operations, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience at every stage of the customer journey.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships by regularly engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and proactively addressing their needs.
    • Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams to ensure the clients’ requirements are understood and met — even before they realize what they need themselves!

    • Educate customers and provide them with relevant resources to improve their understanding of energy trading and the broader market.

    Ensure Quality and Efficiency

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and take proactive action to address any issues or inefficiencies.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience either in customer success, project management, account management, business development or a related field within the energy sector.
    • Problem-solving mindset: you tackle challenges with enthusiasm and see them as opportunities to create solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills: you connect easily with people, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
    • Self-managed profile: you know how to run things on your own, initiate change, cooperate with others and balance between independent analysis and team work.
    • Plus: Extensive industry knowledge: in-depth understanding of the battery and renewable energy market.
    • Plus: Work experience with customer success within in energy trading companies or in project development for renewable energy assets.
