Einführung
As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers in order to ensure a stellar customer experience.
Aufgaben
- Driving the long-term satisfaction and retention of customers
- Representing customers’ concerns internally
- Becoming an expert in sustainability and real estate
- Educating companies on CO2 reduction targets, clean energy, and decarbonization
- Familiarizing with the solution and partnering with internal teams including Product and Sales
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships within a rapidly-growing B2B software company or from consulting
- Strong communication skills and professionalism towards customers
- Fluent in German and English
- Driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excited about solving climate change
