Einführung
TenneT is seeking a passionate Contract Manager to join their team and contribute to driving the energy transition. The role involves supporting Project Leads, advising Project Directors, setting common goals with contractors, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with TenneT's standards. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience as a Contract Manager, a university degree in legal, commercial, or technical fields, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, and willingness to travel occasionally. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities to work on large offshore projects.
Aufgaben
- Support project team and procurement in defining contracting strategy
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and tracking project risks and contractual issues
- Participate in contract drafting and negotiations
- Ensure uniform interpretation of contractual clauses and treatment of claims
- Report to project managers
- Support interface to Claim Management and Legal Department
Voraussetzungen
- 2-3 years of experience as a Contract Manager
- University degree in legal, commercial, or technical field
- Experience with FIDIC contracts
- Experience in Offshore business
- Open and transparent communication
- Willingness to travel
- Pro-active and task-oriented
