What you need to succeed

• Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrated success in building or scaling a company, ideally in health, wellness, or tech-driven consumer goods.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to set and communicate a clear vision while navigating the complexities of a dynamic market.
• Operational Agility: Hands-on experience in operational execution, from go-to-market strategies to team building and operational scaling.
• Relentless Curiosity and Impact Orientation: An unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and positive impact in health and wellness.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, with French or German as a plus.
