Aufgaben
- Solve the most pressing issues of VARM
- Establish yourself as a driving force behind special projects
- Become a trusted advisor to the founders & execute on key initiatives
- Work closely with the founding team to tackle strategic issues
- Take full ownership of your projects
- Manage VARM's investor relations and external perception
Voraussetzungen
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), investment banking, or a fast-growing startup/scale-up
- Adept at managing complex projects in constantly changing environments
- Keen interest in sustainability and desire to impact the climate-tech landscape
- Proven ability to think strategically and exceptional problem-solving skills
