Your tasks

Your main duties will be:

Event & Course Management:

• You will take responsibility to plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate a range of events, including webinars, hybrid formats & conferences, and workshops.
• You will ensure a smooth integration of both, in-person and virtual components, during hybrid events, providing support for remote and onsite participants.

E-Learning Facilitation:

• You will manage the delivery of e-learning programs through the ISCC Academy, and support for trainings focused on ISCC certification and other sustainability matters.
• You will collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the e-learning content (using e.g. Articulate Rise) and ensuring up-to-date materials in the LMS.

Content Development & Management:

• You will contribute to the creation of video and other multimedia content for trainings and workshops, using video editing tools, such as Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere or similar.
• You will manage and update course content, webinars, and event recordings on the LMS and other platforms, also incorporating participant feedback.

Data & System Management:

• You will track and report on event metrics, participant engagement, and learning outcomes, facilitating accurate data management in the LMS and event platforms.
• Analysis of event and format performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization for future events.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

• You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate event schedules, resource allocation, and participant communication.
• You will ensure effective communication with remote and onsite participants, ensuring that all logistical details and expectations are well-managed.

Your profile

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Event or Project Management, Business Administration, Education Technology, Communication or related field
• At least 2 years professional experience
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience within the industry (organisations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics
• Preferred: experience with hybrid business events, adult education, e-learning environment
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills will be of advantage
• Knowledge of LMS & Articulate Rise, online platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams and similar, content editing tools like Canva, WordPress and publicate
• Very good computer and MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) skills as well as high general IT proficiency
