Einführung
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join AIRMO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to our team, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.
Aufgaben
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks managing correspondence with stakeholders and preparing documents.
- Organize company events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating with HR on various tasks.
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software and tools
