Einführung
ESG Book is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account / Client Success Manager to join our sales team, responsible for driving growth and fostering client satisfaction.
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and refine scalable end-to-end processes for client onboarding and success
- Oversee all stages of the client lifecycle post-closing
- Develop and implement tailored account strategies
- Understand clients' ESG priorities, challenges, and goals
- Support business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels
- Gather and analyze client feedback
- Proactively manage client accounts and resolve issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders
- Advocate for the value of our solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of previous experience in financial markets or client-facing roles
- Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role
- Higher economic education with a bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience with financial institutions, especially banks, and knowledge of ESG preferred
