- Manage investment banking transactions with increasing autonomy under a Vice President and/or Director
- Work on corporate finance transactions globally in the cleantech space
- Support strategy consulting teams in Berlin, Dubai, Paris, and London
- Collaborate with heads of M&A and Capital Advisory
- Handle projects around the globe
Voraussetzungen
- 3-6 years’ experience in corporate finance within a respected bank or advisory boutique
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Strong detail, process, experience, and organization skills for asset, corporate or equity transactions
- Native-level German spoken and written skills
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Evidence of high standards and cultural fit
