Einführung
South Pole is seeking an Associate Consultant for Environmental Impact Accounting to support the implementation of sustainability projects, focusing on greenhouse gas accounting and Life Cycle Analysis solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, managing projects, conducting research, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate is a sustainability professional with a strong academic background and relevant work experience in sustainability consulting or related fields. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential.
Aufgaben
- Support with or lead the preparation and completion of proposals/deliverables for the corporate sector on greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting services and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) solutions
- Occasionally manage small projects, including interacting with the client and the project team
- Ensure assigned tasks/projects are delivered on time and within the available budget
- Manage project information and knowledge according to project management best practices
- Support with the development and improvement of specialized skills, tools, and knowledge linked to sustainability topics
- Support business development activities through desktop research and developing materials for clients and partners
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or other sustainability-related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in sustainability consulting or related field
- Knowledge of GHG accounting, corporate climate target setting, and decarbonization roadmap development
- Ability to conduct research tasks, analyze data, and manage small projects
- Strong writing skills and ability to create high-quality written documents
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and Thai
