Allround Marketeer (working student or internship)

As our allround marketeer, no day will look the same for you at phelas. Your job mission is to support phelas internally with all the Marketing Communication tools and voice the phelas brand to the outside. You will own and manage our social media channels and will create various marketing materials. Situated within the Business Development team, you will work closely with sales and Market intelligence in helping them translate the phelas story to the right content, visual or other form.

What will you do?

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Craft engaging and brand-aligned content for various social media platforms to increase phelas’ online presence and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to conceptualise and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with phelas’ goals and target audience.
• Lead and facilitate weekly meetings with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging, track progress, and brainstorm new ideas for content and engagement strategies.
• Utilize creative design skills to produce a range of visual assets for the phelas brand, including business cards, social media graphics, and office decor that reinforces our company culture.
• Maintain and update the phelas website using WordPress, ensuring all information is current, relevant, and optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.

Who are you?

• You know how to use tools in the Adobe Creative cloud (at least basic level in Photoshop and Illustrator, Premier Pro is a plus).
• You are passionate about creating content for social media (pro if you have some experience in it already).
• You have the ability to prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and have a good feel for language, text and images.
• You combine inventiveness and creativity with a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• You are hands-on and work well in an environment where not all roads are paved yet
