Einführung
Join our team as a Financial Administrator for EU project accounting and internal controlling, supporting our mission in a multicultural and diverse work environment.
Aufgaben
- Internal supervision of finances, controlling and reporting, preparatory bookkeeping
- Controlling and reporting of European and national projects of the MetropolisNet
- Administration of cash flow tables, personnel allocation, cost centres, contracts, travel expenses and budgeting
- Organisation and control of payment transactions
- Preparation of the annual financial statement in cooperation with the accounting department and external auditors
- Corresponding with clients and project partners as well as payroll offices from different EU countries regarding financial matters
- Supporting administrative and organizational tasks
- Participation in the planning, organisation and implementation of general meetings and events
Voraussetzungen
- Completed studies or commercial training preferably in the fields of economics, finance or accounting
- Preferably work experience in the financial administration of EU-funded projects
- Ideally experience in auditing the use of funds of EU-projects
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Affinity for numbers as well as digital tools and virtual collaboration
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-organized work as well as service- and team-oriented thinking
