Einführung
Join Vay as an Accounting Intern and kick-start your career in finance while supporting the month-end-closing and accounting processes.
Aufgaben
- Support all processes related to month-end-closing and accounting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes, payments and reconciliations
- Assist in accounts payable and supplier payment run
- Prepare accounts receivable
- Support monthly closing
- Assist in annual closing and audit
- Check daily allowances and other out-of-pocket expenses
- Exchange with internal stakeholders to ensure internal controls are met
- Support in updating internal management reports
Voraussetzungen
- Currently undergoing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Good Excel skills
- Experience in Datev, Pleo, Candis or other digital finance tools is a plus
- Prior internship experience in Finance / Accounting is a plus
- Motivated, high-energetic and hands-on mentality
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in German and English
