Einführung
Join LGC Diagnostics & Genomics and make an Impact in Strategic Sales. We are seeking an Account Manager with a consistent record to be responsible for key accounts in the DACH region.
Aufgaben
- Understand customers’ business needs and recommend solutions from our portfolio
- Network across all organizational levels, facilitating brainstorming sessions and negotiating deals
- Lead a sales process that emphasizes problem-solving and nurturing relationships with key clients
- Identify potential business prospects and contribute to sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Voraussetzungen
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biological or life sciences or business development
- Experience in a sales role, particularly in the B2B sector
- Outstanding communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and understanding client needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
