Your mission:
- Drive SaaS Sales: Own the sales cycle, from discovery to close, using a consultative approach to showcase how Resourcify’s technology empowers businesses with measurable results.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Forge trusted relationships with decision-makers, offering actionable strategies that align with their goals and sustainability vision.
- Understand and Solve Challenges: Dive deep into client operations to uncover pain points and position our solutions as key drivers for efficiency and sustainability.
- Communicate a Transformative Vision: Present compelling use cases and real-world examples that illustrate how clients can create lasting impact with Resourcify.
- Lead Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, challenge the status quo, and help clients rethink their approach to waste management.
- Shape the Future: Collaborate with teams across Resourcify to refine our offerings and ensure clients achieve meaningful results.
What it Takes:
- You inspire clients with a bold vision, connecting them to Resourcify’s mission and the real-world impact of their choices.
- You thrive on building trust and forging long-term relationships by deeply understanding client challenges.
- You’re comfortable navigating complex decisions, bringing stakeholders together, and driving progress.
- You embrace challenges with energy and optimism, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You’re driven by purpose, passionate about sustainability, and excited to make a tangible impact.
- You have 3+ years experience in a similar role - ideally in a larger tech-company or fast growing startup.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1).
