    • Developing and managing project documentation and communication tools to align with organizational standards.
    • Designing and facilitating interactive workshops and team-building activities.
    • Conducting research, representing the project at external events in Europe, and occasionally traveling for project purposes.

Please note that project activities are diverse and tasks are somewhat flexible. Depending on your expertise and motivation to develop specific skills, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions in various areas, such as common technical infrastructure, cross-border governance, standardisation processes, or legal support, etc.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree (at least Bachelor’s or comparable) in a relevant field.
    • Proven facilitation and workshop moderation skills, including virtual collaboration methodologies.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality management experience.
    • Work experience in the public sector or in public sector projects (EU projects is a plus).
    • Interest in urban mobility, data and technology topics.
    • Proactive and adaptable approach to project management.
    • Proficiency in English (C2) and German (C2).

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    • International, open-minded colleagues with a hands-on mentality.
    • Flat hierarchies, flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely.
    • Opportunities to develop your career in a growing organisation.
    • Involvement in future EU project developments and skills development in EU grant management.
    • Access to a broad network of high-level stakeholders from policy, academia, and industry.

Competitive salary in accordance with qualifications and experience corresponding to the German public sector pay scale up to E 13 TVöD.
