Einführung
As a Senior instructional designer and facilitator in our Academy team, you will play a key role in advancing our third strategic anchor to develop system change leaders.
Aufgaben
- Utilize expert-level knowledge in instructional design to rebuild, update, develop and design impactful courses and content.
- Strategize and execute learning projects with precision, efficiently managing resources and maintaining clear communication.
- Innovate in the development of learning experiences, including blended learning and workshop formats.
- Foster collaboration and amplify impact through strategic team leadership.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancement in learning and development practices.
Voraussetzungen
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission of Systemiq, with experience in systems thinking.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and running learning programmes.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management in a complex environment.
- A data driven mindset with tech savviness, including proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and convincing manner in English.
- Effective collaborator in an international, multicultural team environment.
