Einführung
Back Market is seeking a CRM Manager for a 6-month contract to be part of the Engagement team focused on driving long-term engagement and user journeys in the refurbished electronics marketplace. The role involves managing dynamic in-product communication, optimizing communication strategies, refining personalization efforts, evaluating segmentation, and conducting A/B testing to enhance user experiences and increase Lifetime Value (LTV) of customer segments.
Aufgaben
- Manage Dynamic Content for in-product communication
- Optimize Communication Orchestration across touchpoints
- Collaborate with Product team for innovative engagement
- Work with Data teams for data collaboration
- Refine Personalization and Segmentation efforts
- Evaluate and Improve CRM Segmentation
- Conduct A/B Testing on segmentation strategies
- Provide LTV Recommendations for customer segments
Voraussetzungen
- 4+ years of CRM experience
- Knowledge of Braze is a plus
- Statistical/technical skills, business acumen, and communication skills
- Understanding of customer shopping behaviors online
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python)
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
