Aufgaben
- Lead the end-to-end design process for rapid ideation on technical concepts
- Participate in user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and market trends
- Contribute to design systems for consistency and scalability
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Mentor designers and foster a collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Voraussetzungen
- 7-10 years of professional experience in full stack product design
- Proven track record in B2B and consumer products
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field (preferred)
