Tonic.ai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive adoption, handle renewals, and facilitate expansion within mid-market and small enterprise customer segments. - Develop and execute growth plans tailored to each account
- Serve as customers' advocate within the company
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align strategies for customer success
Voraussetzungen
- 3+ years of account management experience in a dynamic startup environment
- Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, security, and similar markets
- Confidence selling to leadership in software QA, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive short-term wins and long-term success
- Track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth within assigned book of business
