Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and manage structured partner programs
- Create and manage a dynamic partner enablement framework
- Design and manage a program to engage startups
- Manage partner onboarding process
- Work closely with partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to identify and recruit new partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Build and ensure continuous communication with partner advisory board
- Track and analyze partner performance
- Organize and execute partner events and joint marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
Voraussetzungen
- 6+ years of experience in a Partner Programs and/or enablement role
- Experience across multiple Partner types
- Proven track record collaborating with partners, sales, marketing, and product teams
- Strong initiative and risk identification skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
