Aufgaben
- Assist in the implementation of registration strategies and methodologies
- Conduct registration interviews in accordance with standards and guidance
- Provide counselling to asylum seekers and refugees regarding registration procedures
- Maintain accurate records and data related to registration cases
- Identify persons with specific needs and ensure timely referral to protection follow-up
- Collaborate with protection staff and partners in assistance and programming
- Draft reports and statistics related to registration data
- Make decisions related to day-to-day operations of the registration unit
- Support risk identification and management
- Perform other related duties as required
Voraussetzungen
- 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
- Good computer skills in data management
- Training in basic principles of international protection is desirable
- Experience in working with UNHCR proGres software is desirable
- Fluency in English and Malay languages
