Global Citizen is seeking a Director, Video, to work within Growth and Marketing to support audiovisual needs. The position is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to grow the social audience, manage video production, and contribute to the financial health of the organization. The Director will work closely with the social media team to create videos for various platforms and campaigns, emphasizing formats like TikTok and IG Reels. They will also oversee content for revenue-focused teams and serve as a resource for video content across the organization.

- Manage video production for the organization
- Contribute to financial health by overseeing content for revenue-focused teams
- Collaborate with social media team to build and execute video strategy on owned channels
- Create videos for brand reinforcement and stakeholder communications
- Serve as internal expert and resource for video content needs across the organization
Voraussetzungen
- 7+ years of production experience in media or agency
- 5+ years of branded content creation experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop
- Knowledge of production workflow and post-production techniques
- Experience with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
