Octopool is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to help deliver their mission of making the transition to zero-carbon driving seamless for individuals and businesses. The role involves managing customer journeys, suggesting improvements to processes, problem-solving, and planning for growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Previous knowledge of EVs or the automotive industry is not required, but a passion for problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential.
Aufgaben
- Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after
- Feedback on service processes and propose changes
- Problem solve to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Help plan for growth in customers and team

- Experience working independently and in a team

- Effective operator with a focus on completion
