- Lead and prioritize tasks for quality teams
- Manage quality-related activities with internal and external parties
- Implement quality programs and monitor effectiveness
- Ensure production readiness for quality and safety topics
- Contribute to product safety activities
- Maintain product conformity to customer requirements
- Ensure quality reporting and contribute to budget planning
- Ensure qualification and competences of the team
- Act as escalation point for quality issues
- Support Continuous Improvement through problem-solving
Voraussetzungen
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality Management
- Experience in wind industry or related sectors
- Ability to collaborate and drive performance under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Academic degree in Engineering or similar
- Intrinsic motivation for delivering best-in-class quality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Fluency in English
