Einführung
South Pole is a global company offering sustainability solutions and services to create a positive impact on climate, ecosystems, and communities. They are looking for an Associate Consultant in Agricultural Value Chains to support the implementation of sustainability projects and develop new products for corporate sectors. The role involves tasks such as research, proposal preparation, and project management in areas like agriculture supply chain strategies and water stewardship.
Aufgaben
- Support the implementation of international, regional, and local projects
- Prepare proposals and develop new products for corporate sectors
- Conduct research, information analysis, and write deliverables and proposals on agriculture supply chain strategies and water stewardship
- Manage small projects and interact with clients and project teams
- Ensure tasks/projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support business development activities through research and material development
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines
- Relevant knowledge of carbon accounting and GHG Protocol
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in sustainability consulting or related field
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and write high-quality documents
- Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Fluency in English
