Einführung
The Individual Contractor for implementation of GBV study in Estonia will support the UNHCR Office in assessing referral pathways for forcibly displaced and stateless people victims of GBV in Estonia. The contractor will identify gaps in services, develop recommendations for enhancing access, and improving referral mechanisms.
Aufgaben
- Assess existing referral pathways for forcibly displaced and stateless people victims of GBV
- Map social support services and assess existing referral mechanisms
- Identify shortcomings and gaps with access to available services
- Develop recommendations for enhancing access, service delivery, and efficiency of referral mechanisms
Voraussetzungen
- Master’s or PhD in Social Sciences, Public Health, Gender Studies, Law, Human Rights, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting research and evaluations in the field of Gender-Based Violence (GBV)/SEA, refugee protection, human rights, or related areas
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Good understanding of GBV, including SEA issues, particularly in the refugee context
- Proficiency in conducting field studies, interviews, and focus group discussions
- Knowledge of legal and policy frameworks related to GBV/SEA and refugee protection in Estonia and the European Union
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability of delivering assignments within agreed timelines
