- Shape high-level roadmap and prioritize feature development
- Understand and shape requirements from customers and other parts of the business

- Coordinate across multiple product teams to manage dependencies and drive collaboration
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, discussions, and demos
- Write user stories, conduct user acceptance testing, and product documentation
- Use analytics data to inform product and design improvements
- Facilitate agile team ceremonies
