Einführung
The Integration Owner Embedded Software position at Porsche eBike Performance GmbH in Ottobrunn involves leading and overseeing the development of embedded software for innovative e-bike drive systems. The role includes creating product requirements, providing technical guidance, reviewing code and testing documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining software development procedures. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in embedded software system development, proficiency in embedded C and C++, knowledge of Python, and familiarity with real-time embedded systems architecture.
Aufgaben
- Assisting with Embedded Software Product Requirements creation
- Provide technical guidance and feasibility studies for product development
- Writing Embedded Software System Technical requirements
- Reviewing Product Requirements and Device Technical Requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Embedded Software teams
- Review of Code and Testing documentation
- Collaboration with Product Management, Research and Development, Testing and Certification, Production and Quality Management departments
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, specially Embedded Hardware, ensuring seamless integration of embedded systems and reliable device operation
- Writing Embedded Software development documentation
- Defining and documenting Embedded Software development procedures and best practices
Voraussetzungen
- At least ten years of experience in Embedded Software system development and management
- Experience with embedded C and C++, Python, CAN and / or BLE
- Experience in defining software architecture for real-time embedded systems
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in developing embedded applications and systems
- Master's or bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or relevant disciplines
- Familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Requirements Management
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience with project management
