The role involves designing, building, and validating machine learning models, optimizing data for analytics, and collaborating with data engineers to support data processing infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a quantitative background, strong statistical and machine learning skills, proficiency in Python, and experience in a high-performance environment like a startup. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus. Aufgaben
- Develop and deploy models that turn raw data into actionable insights
- Design, build, and validate machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets
- Ensure data is organized, clean, and optimized for advanced analytics and machine learning tasks
- Work with data engineers to maintain seamless data flows and build infrastructure for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with founding team to scale start-up business and define company structures and culture
Voraussetzungen
- Top academic performance in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or AI
- Experience beyond studies in areas like sports, social initiatives, or entrepreneurial activities
- Strong intuition for statistical methods and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms
- Fluency in Python with focus on data manipulation and visualization
- Attention to detail and clean code maintenance
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in high-performance environment, preferably in data engineering
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to tackle challenges
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to occasionally work in Frankfurt or Berlin Co-Working Space and travel to retreats or client workshops
