Spread Group is seeking a Shopify E-commerce Specialist to join their SpreadLive team, specializing in merchandising in the live entertainment sector. The role involves optimizing and maintaining Shopify-based online shops, product management, e-commerce strategy development, customer experience enhancement, analysis and reporting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with practical experience in e-commerce or online marketing. Technical knowledge of Shopify and basic web technologies, interest in e-commerce trends, marketing knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills in English and German are required. Aufgaben
- Optimizing and maintaining Shopify-based online shops
- Product management and coordination with internal teams
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies
- Ensuring seamless customer experience and optimizing conversion rate
- Monitoring and analyzing sales figures and user behavior
- Inventory and supply chain management
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, media management, or related field
- First practical experience in e-commerce or online marketing
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
- Interest in digital business models and e-commerce trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously
