EcoVadis is seeking a Product Owner to lead the product discovery and delivery in the realm of sustainability ratings. The ideal candidate will drive product evolution and innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards. This role requires experience in the SaaS industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in agile methodology. The Product Owner will play a key role in guiding companies towards a sustainable world through impactful product development and continuous improvement strategies.
Aufgaben
- Own an area of the product and drive product evolution and innovation
- Understand customer needs and business context through continuous product discovery
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Team, and other departments to ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards
- Lead the product delivery of the squad
- Manage backlog based on priorities to deliver maximum value
- Translate requirements into user stories
- Work with stakeholders, users, testers, and development team throughout the development life cycle
- Collaborate with the design team for interface and user experience
- Participate in defining and analyzing data for product success
- Bring insights from product data and analytics for decision-making
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS Web applications
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering in computer science or relevant field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with product discovery techniques
- Working with various stakeholders including design and technical teams
- Proficiency in prioritizing features based on strategic goals, business impact, and customer needs
- In-depth understanding and practical application of Scrum methodology
- Curiosity and ability to think outside the box
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English
- Culturally sensitive and effective communication across cross-functional and multi-regions
