- Manage a Sales team
- Define go-to-market strategy and monetization recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales Team Leaders and Product teams
- Formulate and test market entry hypotheses
- Identify, structure, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements
- Provide market insights on online advertising
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales in online advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies
- Experience leading a Sales team
- Experience building a book of business
- Experience driving results with established and new products
- Contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Knowledge of business frameworks and approaches
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support professional development goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel when needed
