Einführung
enmacc, Europe's largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a Team Lead Finance to play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function. The role involves financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and leading a finance team in a dynamic scale-up environment in Munich. Aufgaben
- Lead and shape the finance function
- Manage financial planning and analysis/controlling
- Contribute to accounting operations
- Coordinate activities of junior FP&A manager and in-house Accounting/Payroll manager
- Collaborate with external accountants and tax advisors
Voraussetzungen
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally from consulting at one of the Big Four
- Degree in finance/accounting or a similar field
- Fluency in P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows
- Good knowledge of German HGB standards
- Experience with BI tool Tableau
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English skills and ideally German proficiency
