De Gruyter Brill, a global leader in humanities publishing, is seeking a Senior Manager Sales Operations Americas to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Americas Sales Operations team. The role involves contributing strategic ideas on company integrations, workflows, and tools impacting the Sales Ops Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in the publishing sector, and proficiency in Sales Force, Quickbooks, and SAP. Knowledge of German and Klopotek is encouraged but not required. Aufgaben
- Manage the Sales Operations Americas team day-to-day tasks
- Drive strategic direction for Sales Operations Americas team
- Ensure open communication with Americas Sales Directors
- Coordinate with Sales Operations Director for global projects
- Work closely with global and domestic teams on projects
Voraussetzungen
- MBA or MLIS degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in publishing sector
- Experience with Sales Force, Quickbooks, and SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Klopotek encouraged
- Knowledge of German encouraged
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be able to commute to Boston office headquarters and required Company functions at various locations
